Shipping and Returns
Our Delivery Policy
Toolman Online uses Australia Post and Hunter Express E-Go for all National deliveries.
Our postage charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items ordered and your state and postcode.
Any products ordered from Toolman Online going to an Australian address using Parcel Post as the delivery method should take approximately (3) three to (7) seven business days to arrive once dispatched..
Note: These averages are based on delivery times to capital cities. Deliveries outside of these areas may take longer. We are not responsible if Australia Post fail to make the quoted delivery timetable
General Shipping Conditions
Toolman Online will not replace, refund, or provide credit notes, if items are damaged or lost in transit, if you do not Insure Your Order.
Toolman Online takes no responsibility for the loss of goods if you instruct us to leave the goods without a signature
All items sent via Australia Post need to be signed for however if you request that the goods be left without a signature then we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.
Express Post is an additional cost option.
Express Post Orders will be lodged at the Post office within 24 hours of order however we try our best to lodge the same day.
We do not check whether your address is serviced by Express Post and take no responsibility if it is not or for delivery delays after lodgement
Our Returns Policy
Toolman Online does not refund for “Change of Mind” returns, so please choose carefully.
Toolman does not offer refund or credit for goods ordered in specially.
All products purchased from our website are checked for defects and quality before shipment. If your items does have a defect please contact us at Toolman Online and we will either issue a refund or exchange the item. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.
Defective items must be returned to Toolman Online within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased (if available), another item of the customers choice to the same value, or a refund will be given.
Cost of Returns
Any costs associated with returning an item, whether it is an exchange or a defective item, is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Date and Times for Couriers will be sent to you via E-Mail and/or Phone Call. If Delivery Dates/Times are not convenient, it is the customers responsibility to contact Toolman and advise of a convenient Delivery Date/Time. If item has to be re-shipped to customer due to customer not being available on initial delivery date/time, it is the customers responsibility to cover re-shipping costs.
It is also the customers responsibility to ensure correct contact information, including E-MAIL, DELIVERY ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBERS are provided. Customer will bear any costs relating to re-shipping due to incorrect information being provided.
All advertised “Specials” listed in the Monthly Specials section of this store, cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or defective, so please choose carefully.
The return must be received by Toolman Online within (14) fourteen days.
Replacement product will only be shipped after the returned or faulty item has been received and inspected by Toolman Online
